Where you will have an impact
We’re looking for an experienced Manager, Supply Chain to lead and develop a global team responsible for sourcing, contract and pricing negotiations, procurement, material planning, and warehouse operations. In this role, you will ensure supply chain strategies are aligned with hardware and company objectives, secure competitive advantage through supplier partnerships, and enable operational readiness by ensuring materials are procured on time and clear to build.
The ideal candidate brings a strong balance of strategic thinking and operational execution, with proven experience managing suppliers, processes, and teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
Challenges you will own
Working within a hardware enabled software company has its challenges regarding establishing supplier relationships for low volume take-up for early adoption of high technology products. The Manager, Supply Chain will lead the team to establish these relationships and manage the requirements in collaboration with our engineering team. In addition, due to the nature of our hardware being an enabler platform for software development, build requirements and demand can be sporadic and therefore our supply chains have to be agile and adaptive to respond to short term requests and continual evolution of the design.
